Is this not possible?\u00a0Then you can submit the complaint to an independent and impartial complaints officer via <a href=\"mailto:info@hapmaastricht.nl\">info@hapmaastricht.nl<\/a>. You will then be asked to fill in a <a href=\"https:\/\/hapmaastricht.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2026\/03\/AKKOORDVERKLARING-Inzage-medisch-dossier.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;Declaration of Professional Secrecy Agreement&#8221;.<\/a> This written permission is required to be able to register your complaint and to discuss it with the employees involved. Once the permission has been received, your complaint can be processed. In this process, no judgment is expressed as to whether or not your complaint is justified.
