From the beginning of June 2019, employees of Envida Wijkzorg, responsible for acute night care for the elderly, have been stationed at our General Practitioner. By bringing the services of both care providers together under one roof at night, rapid coordination is possible and more vulnerable elderly people will receive the right care in the right place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The General Practitioner’s call center receives requests for help for both care providers. If necessary, Envida employees and the General Practitioner consult with each other about the approach and handling of the request for help. This method ensures a more efficient care approach, prevents unnecessary admission to the hospital and enables the exchange of knowledge and skills between both parties.
