Collaboration with Envida

Every night, employees of Envida Wijkzorg are also present at the General Practitioner. They are responsible for acute night care for the elderly.
By working together in this way, we can quickly consult with each other. Envida employees and the General Practitioner share their knowledge and experience with each other.
In this way, we help vulnerable elderly people get the care they need as quickly as possible.
We can often ensure that an elderly person is not admitted to hospital unnecessarily.
If necessary, we will of course help with hospitalization.
