You have a Dutch health insurance

General practitioner care is insured through the basic insurance. Costs for general practitioner care are not included at your own risk. You may receive an invoice from us, because we cannot claim directly from your health insurer. You submit the charges to pay us and claim back from your health insurance company. Additional examinations requested by the general practitioner and additional medication are declared by third parties and are usually covered by the deductible.

You don’t have a Dutch health insurance

Remember to take your insurance papers with you whenever you visit our GP Emergency Post. If you don’t have a Dutch health insurance then you have to pay cash or with credit card at our desk. You will get a receipt as proof of payment if you pay at our desk. You can declare these costs at your own health insurance.
