Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about the GP Emergency Post and/or your treatment at the GP Emergency Post, you can do the following: discuss the complaint directly with the GP or the employee at the GP Emergency Post. If this is not possible you can submit the complaint to an independent and impartial complaints officer who will work with you to find a solution through mediation.
