Explanation
The managing director is employed by the HMH Foundation. For the other staff, the Foundation has a contract for services with the MUMC+.
General practitioners from Maastricht and the Heuvelland region are affiliated with the HMH Foundation on the basis of an affiliation agreement. For the transport of the doctor on duty, the foundation uses drivers from a transport company specialized in the medical field.

The Supervisory Board of the General Practitioners Emergency Station Maastricht and Heuvelland consists of three members and is charged with supervising and advising on the performance of the organisation’s tasks. The members are appointed for a period of four years. At present, the members of the Supervisory Board are:
