Envida Collaboration

From the beginning of June 2019, employees of Envida Wijkzorg, responsible for acute night care for the elderly, have been stationed at our General Practice Emergency Post. By bringing the services of both care providers together under one roof during the night, rapid, mutual coordination is possible and more vulnerable elderly people will receive the right care in the right place.

The call center of the General Practice Emergency Post receives requests for help for both healthcare providers. If necessary, employees of Envida and the General Practice Emergency Post will consult each other about the approach and handling of the request for help. This method provides a more efficient care approach, prevents unnecessary hospitalization and makes it possible to exchange knowledge and skills between both parties.
