In order to fulfill our task as a GP Medical Post as well as possible, input from clients is essential. Our client council, consisting of five residents of the region, helps us by providing solicited and unsolicited advice on numerous non-medical subjects, such as
• quality of service
• waiting times
• communication with residents
• communication with patients
• complaints procedure.
The client council would also like to hear your ideas and feedback on these and other topics. Would you like to know more or share something with us?
