Client Council
The board of the General Practice Emergency Post attaches great importance to patient involvement and participation opportunities to improve the quality of care. The Healthcare Institutions Client Participation Act (WMCZ) fits in seamlessly with this and thus gives all institutions a legal basis for establishing a Client Council. That is why it was decided in 2022 to establish such a council for the Maastricht and Heuvelland General Practitioners Emergency Post
