Complaints
Discuss the complaint immediately with the general practitioner or employee of the General Practitioner. Is this not possible? Then you can submit the complaint to an independent and impartial complaints officer via info@hapmaastricht.nl. You will then be asked to fill in a “Declaration of Professional Secrecy Agreement”. This written permission is required to be able to register your complaint and to discuss it with the employees involved. Once the permission has been received, your complaint can be processed. In this process, no judgment is expressed as to whether or not your complaint is justified. If you prefer to have telephone contact with the complaints officer first, you can make an appointment via the secretariat (043-3874204), the complaints officer will ask you to report your complaint in writing after this appointment.
