An impartial and independent complaints officer will then look at your complaint.
He or she does not pass judgment on whether or not your complaint is justified.

Please note: We need a Declaration of Professional Secrecy . By doing so, you give us permission to view your data. And to discuss them with the colleagues with whom you had contact.
