Complaints
Discuss the complaint immediately with the general practitioner or employee of the General Practitioner. If this is not possible, you can submit the complaint to an independent and impartial complaints officer. All complaints received by the complaints officer, both by telephone and in writing, can be processed. In this process, no judgment is expressed as to whether or not your complaint is justified.
